Using Cleekie

By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cleekie. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any organization you represent.

Cleekie is in private testing. Public signup is not available. Access requires a club invitation or existing club access, phone verification, and any required profile confirmation. An invitation does not guarantee continued access or a launch date.

Accounts and club access

Provide accurate information, keep sign-in codes confidential, and protect devices where you are signed in. Notify support@cleekie.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

You can use one Cleekie account across multiple clubs. Access to each club and conversation is managed separately. Creating an account alone does not grant access to a club or conversation. Club or Cleekie administrators may suspend or end access.

SMS sign-in program

Cleekie Authentication sends one-time sign-in codes when you are eligible to sign in, request a code, and consent to receiving it by SMS. Adding a phone number to an invitation does not give consent on your behalf. Sign-in codes are not marketing messages.

Message frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to resume, or HELP for help. For assistance, email support@cleekie.com. Opting out can prevent phone sign-in until you resume messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and providers and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Only request codes for a phone number you control, and never share a code. Consent to sign-in messages does not authorize promotional messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and consent information.

Permitted use and content

You may use Cleekie for its intended purposes within the access granted to you. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, disrupt the service, send unlawful or abusive content, or interfere with another user’s privacy or rights.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You permit Cleekie and its service providers to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service to authorized participants. Submit only content you have the right to share. Cleekie and its licensors retain their rights in the service and website.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy describes the information we handle and your choices. Cloudflare, Telnyx, carriers, and other linked services have their own applicable terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee third-party availability.

Development service and changes

The website and service are provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. During private testing, features may change and data may be reset. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Do not rely on Cleekie for emergencies or as the only copy of important information.

We may change or discontinue development features and suspend access for misuse or security reasons. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the service develops and will identify the current version by the date on this page. Material changes to an active service will be communicated where required. Contact support@cleekie.com with questions, account concerns, privacy requests, or accessibility feedback.
